Return window

You can return an item within days of delivery if it isn't for you.

Condition

Because this is a face-covering item, returned masks must be clean and unworn outdoors, with no marks or damage. If you received the wrong item or it arrived defective or damaged, we'll make it right regardless of condition.

How to return

Email with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. For wrong, defective or damaged items, we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping is not refunded for a change-of-mind return.

Exchanges

To swap for a different face, return the original and place a new order.
